i'm on a world tour..

took a road trip this week to ny, ct, and dc. riding in the car with my mom was a very *clears throat* interesting experience. she has to be one of the hilarious/crazy people i know. not much to tell about the trip, except for the 20inches of snow i had to endure when i was in brooklyn. kinda wish i could take the trip all over again, without all the white stuff this time...:-/ other than that still working on this online boutique and still got the incrowd|outcast movement in the works. that is all. 10-4

patiently waiting

Inglewood-bred rap duo, Y-O & Thurzday a.k.a U-N-I have been back in the studio creating their next mixtape,  A Love Supreme.A Love Supreme 2.0 .  The project drops in late March. Also, got a documentary in the works, so look out for that as well.

be cool.

made a new sign:-)

evolution of style: rihanna

i've never been advocate for being 'born with style'. if anything, i feel that style is acquired and developed, up to your own standards of course. so i decided to start a segment called 'the evolution of style'. the celebrity that represents this on a paramount level is newly-blossomed style icon, ms.rihanna. taking a look at previous pictures dating only back to 2005, compared to present day photographs...well they clearly speak for themselves. basically what she used to wear, i wouldn't be caught dead in. unlike what she sports today, i would choose to die in. of course, alot of props have gotta be given to her hairstylist and wardrobe stylist because i truly doubt she wouldn't have successfully mastered her present image if it wasn't for them. bedazzled pants and chucks? you've come a long way...

The newest poster boy for Dior Homme's fragrance is one of the world's finest cheating britishmen, Jude Law. Perhaps if Tiger was this attractive, the public would be a little bit more forgiving...but he's not. and now he's a loser :-)

never understood what rss feeds were...until now!!

so just in the case im not the only human on the planet that doesn't...here it is!

effin love this photo.

still trying to find who the photographer was...

1.
You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it's yours to keep for the entire period.
2.
You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, "life."
3.
There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation.
The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately "work."
4.
Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms
until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.
5.
Learning lessons does not end. There's no part of life that doesn't contain its lessons. If
you're alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.
6.
"There" is no better a place than "here." When your "there" has become a "here", you will
simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than "here."
7.
Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another
person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8.
What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need.
What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.
9.
Your answers lie within you. The answers to life's questions lie within you. All you need to
do is look, listen, and trust.
10.
You will forget all this.

artististic dopeness::jackson pollock

Paul Jackson Pollock (1912-1956). abstract expressionist. american painter.husband.volatile.alcoholic.genius..
Pollock was introduced to the use of liquid paint in 1936 at an experimental workshop operated in New York City by the Mexican muralist David Alfaro Siqueiros. He later used paint pouring as one of several techniques on canvases of the early 1940s, such as "Male and Female" and "Composition with Pouring I." After his move to Springs, he began painting with his canvases laid out on the studio floor, and he developed what was later called his "drip" technique. The drip technique required paint with a fluid viscosity. Pollock's technique of pouring and dripping paint is thought to be one of the origins of the term action painting. (source: wikipedia.com)

webdesignerdepot.com lists 100 Amazing Futuristic Design Concepts We Wish Were Real

"The designs may be impractical in some cases, but the idea is to put the concept out to the world to see how it evolves and grows. Remember that these are all just conceptual, you can’t buy them yet! Some may be closer to being produced than others, particularly when they come from a large company like Braun or Samsung. Otherwise, who knows if or when they will be available."

American handbag designer, James Piatt, made his first 'controversial' purse in 2004, after creating 'the peacekeeper' (red;middle) and began his line in early 2005 when receiving crazy feedback. Not the BIGGEST fan of these handbags, but to each its own...
